Jorge Zukoski

President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine
Mr. Zukoski is an American citizen of Venezuelan and Polish decent, received his Master of Business Administration in international management from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University (Texas, USA). He lived and worked in Mexico City and the Cayman Islands prior to arriving in Ukraine in 1996. In 1998 Mr. Zukoski took over as the leader of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. One of the American Chamber of Commerce’s principle activities is to represent the internationally oriented investment community operating in Ukraine. Therefore, the organization cooperates closely with the Ukrainian authorities in order to improve the business environment and attract domestic and foreign investment into the economy as well as to promote Ukraine's integration into the larger global community.
Mr. Zukoski is a member of the Domestic and Foreign Investors Advisory Council and the Committee on Economic Reforms under the President of Ukraine. He is among the founders of the Ukrainian International Institute of Business and a board member of the Kyiv School of Economics. In 2011 Mr. Zukoski became one of the official EURO2012 friends nominated for his contribution to the successful implementation of this important for Ukraine project.

Markian Malskyy, attorney-at-law, LL.M., is the Head of West Ukrainian Branch Office of Arzinger in Lviv. He specializes in representing clients’ interests before judicial authorities of Ukraine and dispute settlement under the procedures of commercial and investment arbitration. He has extensive experience in corporate dispute settlement in the energy sector, contractual disputes, trade and real estate disputes. He represented one of the major oil producing company of the Russian Federation in a dispute on collection of more than 200 million USD of losses caused by improper execution of the shareholders agreement. He handled cases under the Arbitration Rules of ICSID, ICC, SCC, UNCITRAL, LCIA and ICAC. Prior to joining Arzinger attorney-at-law Malskyy worked as a lawyer in the international arbitration team in the firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris. Markian Malskyy is the author of two books on commercial dispute settlement, published more than 60 legal articles, including in world’s leading publications. He is a recommended arbitrator of two arbitration courts of Ukraine, a member of the Board and the Head of the Legal Committee of the West Ukrainian Branch of EBA.
In June 2009 Markian Malskyy was elected for a two-year term as a Representative of one the International Bar Associations’ committees in Ukraine.

Wolfgang Nachtmann

‘Manager Ukraine Projects’ with RAG in Vienna, Austria.

His educational background is geology with a PhD from the University of Innsbruck, Austria.
After geological work in Austria (1972 – 1974), Iran (1974) and Greenland (1975), his petroleum oriented career started in 1975, when he joined the Austrian Mobil/Shell joint venture Rohol-Aufsuchungs AG (RAG). Having gone through the technical career ladder in exploration and production geology and in reservoir engineering, he has held various professional and managerial positions within RAG. In 1981/82 he was a member of the East Texas Team with Mobil Producing Texas & New Mexico in Houston.
Wolfgang Nachtmann has been in charge of RAG’s Ukraine interests since 2004 starting with the evaluation of oil and gas opportunities in Western Ukraine. In 2008 he was managing director of the JV company Scythian Energy on Crimea. After the premature termination of this venture in Fall 2008 he concentrated again on Western Ukraine. In 2010 he initiated a successful cooperation with the local companies Ukrnaftogazinvest and Goryzonty which shall be the base for future joint activities in Ukraine.  
Since 2003 Nachtmann has been lecturer for petroleum exploration and production geology at the Mining University in Leoben, Austria, in 2011 also at the Tutkovsky Institiute in Kiev.

Volodymyr Kozyavkin

In August 2001 for his significant contribution for the Ukrainian State in development of medical science, creating principally new methods of treatment and rehabilitation of the patients with organic wounds of the nervous system by the Act of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Illich Kozyavkyn has obtained the title of the Hero of Ukraine with the order of the State.

Victor Liakh came to East

He oversees program management and donor relations. From 2005-2008, Victor served as executive director of the Child Well-Being Fund Ukraine, a daughter organization of the Christian Children's Fund, where he worked in various capacities beginning in 2001. He has also worked for the Ukrainian Family Planning Association, the Ukrainian State Center for Social Services for Youth and UNICEF. He is the author of numerous articles on social and public health topics. Victor received a degree in information engineering from Kyiv Polytechnic University and a master's degree in social work and social pedagogy from Luhansk State Pedagogical University.
